Method

Michel Jodoin sparkling light cider is made following every step of the traditional champagne method with the juicy and sweet McIntosh apples.

 

Tasting notes

Brilliant pale gold color, easy froth, continuous bubbles. The bouquet proposes rich aromas of fresh and baked apples and pears, completed by a yeasty finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling cider will pair different entrées or light meals like fish plates, pancakes, cheeses and even fruit desserts, like the renowned tarte Tatin. It is also an innovative ingredient for cocktails, especially as a substitute for soft drinks.
