Made in limited quantity, and exclusively by Cidrerie Michel Jodoin, this is the world's first Rosé Ice Cider. Produced using a freeze concentration method with Geneva aplles, it is the jewel of
the croen of our Rougment orchards.
Bright and red colour, with aroma and taste reminiscent of a basket of wild red berries. Lively acidity.

Serve at the beginning of a meal with patés, or at the end with strong cheeses and fruit desserts such as cheesecake topped with cranberry or raspberry coulis. Be daring and try it with an entrée
of scallops coated with a strawberry salsa.
