Method
Fabricated using a freeze concentration process (cryoconcentration), this ice cider is made with a blend of three apple juice varieties (Empire, Smoothee, Golden Russet) which are frozen and fermented to create this sensual and luscious nectar.
Tasting notes
This bright golden ice cider is delicately sweet, yet with a touch of acidity. Rich and complex aromas of fresh apple, apricot and fig, round out with spices and toffee. The palate exhibits good complexity right from the initial sip, with crisp apple taste and concentrated natural flavours, through an intense finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, this ice cider is the perfect companion to pair foie gras and strong cheeses. Sublime with fruit desserts, like tarte Tatin, it also marries wonderfully with a Sabayon or cheesecake.
